Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

This voucher is valid for sparkling afternoon tea at The Reserve at Chester Zoo.

The voucher valid for 12 months from date of purchase and non-refundable and non-transferable

Reservations must be made in advance and voucher number quoted at the time of booking either by calling 01244 569379 or by adding to the special requests field when booking online.

Please note this gift voucher is not valid for periods where special occasion afternoon teas are running (e.g. Festive Afternoon Tea, Valentine's Afternoon Tea or Mother Day’s day Afternoon Tea). It may however be used in part payment towards a special occasion afternoon tea, with the difference paid at the restaurant.
